Yes. Though we would love to offer this experience to our young Kings, our inaugural retreat is dedicated to men who are 25+ years old.

Below are our policies for specific circumstances such as flight cancellations, inclement weather, or other emergencies on or near the day of the retreat: Flight Cancellations or Delays: If your flight is canceled or delayed and you cannot attend the retreat, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such unforeseen events. Inclement Weather: In the rare case that severe weather at the retreat destination directly affects the retreat (e.g., a hurricane or tropical storm), we will either: Reschedule the retreat to a later date. Your booking will be transferred to the new dates with no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 50% refund of your total payment. Inclement Weather in Your Location: If severe weather in your home location prevents you from traveling to the retreat, we will not be able to provide a refund. Again, we strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect against such occurrences. Other Unforeseen Circumstances: If you are unable to attend the retreat due to personal emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergency) on or near the day of the retreat, we encourage you to contact us immediately. At the time of registration, there are 3 different ways to secure your spot in our retreat: Pay in full: This is the most cost-effective option as you will avoid additional service/administrative fees. Deposit w/6mo payment plan: Secure your spot by paying a deposit at registration and make 6 equal payments starting in October and ending in April. Note that the balance total of this option is slightly higher due to an additional service fee. Flexi Pay: Pay a smaller deposit and enjoy a fully-customizable payment plan as long as the balance is paid in full by February 1st. Note that the balance total of this option is slightly higher due to an additional service fee.

Our Flexi Pay option makes paying for your desired retreat package as comfortable as possible. You pay a smaller deposit upfront (non-refundable) and get to enjoy a fully-customizable payment plan beginning November 1st. The balance, however, must be paid in full by no later than February 1st but the monthly payment amounts are entirely up to you! What happens if you need to cancel? We pride ourselves on making the two monthly payment options seamless for the participants who choose either "Deposit Only" or "Flexi Pay"; however, we include an additional minimal service fee for both administrative reasons and risk management.
